Georgia. The gothic setting of The Walking Dead is also the real world home to its hero, NR. As the extraordinary TV series nears the end, it's the perfect time to reflect on the power of that indelible Georgian setting through Norman's unique photographic eye.

Home is more than location, of course. It's where our people are. For Norman, Georgia represents his second family in the cast, crew and of course, the community of Georgia-based fans. It's where he has experienced everything that will represent this unbelievable chapter in his life that is The Walking Dead.

And his photograph, It's Good To Be Home captures everything mysterious and exalted about his home in only a way Norman can. Vultures span the wooden farm fence: sentries of the wild, always observing. An ocean of golden flowers fills the foreground, inviting you to dive in to its endless depths.

Rendered in a rich, textural serigraph Norman's latest print invites the viewer to get completely lost in a rich, evocative world in only the way he can.

The image was hand-printed by master printmaker, David Dodde (pictured). His skills in printmaking and  sensitivity to the craft have made him the choice of artists and designers like House Industries, Coop, Tim Biskup, and now, Norman Reedus.
